Gentle techniques for lasting results

Jess doesn’t believe that you necessarily need to turn to the harsher forms of sleep training such as Cry it Out in order to get your child to sleep. Where she can, she’d rather support you to help teach your little one to be an independent sleeper who loves going to bed. Having positive associations when it comes to sleep will mean they’re likely to become better sleepers for life, rather than just in the short term.

“I sought help from Jess when my 7 month old daughter Poppy was waking up every two hours throughout the night and I was exhausted. Jess was amazing – she was non-judgemental, took the time to really understand what was happening and walked me through a range of different options and tips to improve Poppy’s sleep, including looking at her daytime routine. Following an initial consultation, Jess was then very supportive and followed up with me regularly to see how everything was going. We saw an improvement in Poppy’s sleep very quickly and she is now sleeping through the night at 8 months. All of this was achieved without leaving her to cry as we had tried this previously and found it did not work for our family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jess to any friends and family who need some help.”
